Zucchini bread, yes thats right. I have unrequited love for zucchini bread. Zucchini bread is not to be mistaken for wheat bread, because looks can be deceiving. My grandma is the best zucchini bread maker that I know. Ive never met anyone else who makes it. Now when you think zucchini bread you probably think ewww my mom breads zucchini and fries them. I dont like those either, I hate zucchini actually. This bread is like no other, it doesnt even taste like zucchini. Its really sweet and it has raisins in it. My grandma always makes me an extra loaf when shes baking it, because out of all of her 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren I love it the most! So, if you are daring enough to try it, gimme a ring.:-)
